Technical Issues Cannot access purchased course or ebook Missing Content Promised resources (videos, PDFs) not delivered Wrong Product Accidental purchase of the wrong ManageBeen product

3 How to Request a Refund

Email or Support Ticket

Email orders@managebeen.com or open a ticket via the Support Page.

  • Email/phone used at checkout
  • Reason for the request

Response Time

Our team will acknowledge within 24 hours and may request screenshots or additional info.

 

4 Processing Timeline

7-10 Working Days Original Payment Method 2.5% bKash Deducted

Once approved, refunds are initiated within 7–10 working days. Funds return through the original channel (card, bKash, SSLCommerz wallet, etc.).

5 Non-Refundable Situations

Content Accessed Digital product already downloaded or 5 premium videos watched

Time Expired Request made after the 7-day window

Live Class Started Subscription course where live class has begun

Promotional Items Promotional bundles marked “non-refundable”

 

6 Exchange / Transfer Option

Wrong item? Switch to another ManageBeen product: If the new item costs more Pay only the difference If it costs less

We refund the balance through the original channel

7 After Approval

🔒 Your original order is locked and any progress removed

📧 Confirmation plus a ticket ID is emailed/SMS-ed for tracking

🔄 Re-purchasing later will require starting from scratch
