Once approved, refunds are initiated within 7–10 working days. Funds return through the original channel (card, bKash, SSLCommerz wallet, etc.).
5 Non-Refundable Situations
⛔ Content Accessed Digital product already downloaded or 5 premium videos watched
⛔ Time Expired Request made after the 7-day window
⛔ Live Class Started Subscription course where live class has begun
⛔ Promotional Items Promotional bundles marked “non-refundable”
6 Exchange / Transfer Option
Wrong item? Switch to another ManageBeen product: If the new item costs more Pay only the difference If it costs less
We refund the balance through the original channel
7 After Approval
🔒 Your original order is locked and any progress removed
📧 Confirmation plus a ticket ID is emailed/SMS-ed for tracking
🔄 Re-purchasing later will require starting from scratch
